Why no per-seat pricing?
Hiring a technician or bringing on a sub-crew should never start a licensing conversation. Hodos is priced by operational volume, not head count, so the team on the roof can grow without the software bill growing with it.
Can we migrate from another CRM?
Yes. The Enterprise tier includes white-glove migration. Foundation and Structure get CSV import tools and API documentation, and we help you map the fields.
Is there a contract?
We offer annual and multi-year agreements. Multi-year locks the rate while you scale.
Can we see it before committing?
